Job Description

What is required 

Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are currently recruiting for experienced Project Engineer for our Commissioning and Maintenance Division for a role based in the greater Dublin area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to work with one of our Senior Contracts Managers to develop your career in construction contracts management
  • Position available in our Commissioning & Maintenance Division

What you need to have

  • Relevant third level building services qualification essential
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience post qualification in a contracting environment essential
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team
  • Excellent IT Skills essential
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills essential
  • Proven ability to problem solve and manage projects
  • Knowledge of scheduling and preparing of project plans
  • Experience in some or all of the following desireable - construction procurement, commissioning, co-ordination/CAD
  • Salary will be in line with qualifications and experience.
