Quantity Surveyor x 6 – (Full Commercial Team)
Location: West Dublin
Disciplines: Our client wish to hire QS’s with experience across disciplines including Civil, Architectural, Structural and MEP or any combination of the above.
Level: Their needs are ranging from Senior Commercial Manager to Intermediate level ie. From number 2 in the team downwards.
We are working closely with one of our key clients to put together an entire Quantity Surveying team to procure and manage a new project worth several hundred million euro.
Our client are leaders in their field and hire top talent and for these requirement they are looking for commercially and contractually strong Quantity Surveyors. You will be responsible for the procurement of large scale packages, Civils, Utilities, MEP and all the various other CSA packages associated with the project. Ideally you will have experience on a number of different forms of contracts and have the ability to manage multi million euro sub contract packages, with a particular emphasis on procurement.
Experience wise we are looking for Surveyors with Main Contractor, Consultancy, EPC or MEP Contractor experience ideally on large scale Pharmaceutical, Tech, Manufacturing, Semiconductor or Mission Critical Projects. Although these are our ideal scenarios we will not discount experience in other industry sectors (commercial, civil or industrial construction sectors) particularly for the less senior requirements.

Having met with the commercial lead on the project and hired for him in the past we feel that we know what he is looking for in his team. Ambition, drive and pride in your work are key. This is a large scale project and candidates will be interfacing across disciplines and packages and with this in mind candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to work as part of a larger team with a common goal. Also the confidence and ability to procure and manage multi million euro subcontract packages is needed.
