Mayo 

Salary up to €45,000 depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package

Our client is seeking interest for an experienced Site Engineer to join their live project based in Mayo.  The project includes a road scheme improvement, cut and fill sections along with some structures.  The project duration is 12-15 months, however, this is a permanent role.

The Engineer will require road experience with full capabilities using GPS/Total station along with measurement analysis for quantities etc. 

The role of Site Engineer will involve the following tasks. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Experienced in road and structures (Bridges/Culverts) construction
  • Proficient in GPS and surveying equipment
  • Competent in completing cut/fill balance and compiling data for the commercial team
  • Operational and commercial focus: Client interface; commercial acumen; HSEQT; programme and labour management
  • Familiar working under public forms of contracts
  • Construction or Engineering-related qualification preferred
  • Engaging, collaborative and energetic
  • Confident and effective problem solver

- 47.5-hour week. Monday – Friday, 07.30am to 5.30pm
