Job Description

Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are seeking applications for the position of Contracts Manager for a role based in Ballymore Ireland.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Manage
  • Lead a project team and manage the supply chain with successful delivery
  • Proactively manage client relationships and external consultants
  • Monitor cost targets and financial forecasts to maximise profitability
  • Ensure safety targets and sustainability targets are met
  • Produce progress reports for Directors
  • Be financially aware with a desire to continuously improve sustainability, meet targets and maintain excellent performance
  • Establish strong, lasting working relationship

What you need to have

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of leading construction and development teams to a successful delivery of multi-purpose, mid-rise, urban projects (residential, commercial, retail), managing works from inception through to completion; ensuring the project delivery is on time and within budget.
