Finishing Foreman (Main Contractor)

3D Personnel's client requires a Finishing Foreman position has opened up with one of the Irelands leading main contractors.  

The successful candidate will have solid experience in running building projects from Greenfield to finish and have keen eye for high end finishing details.  Any experience in the commercial/ residential property/ new build / fit-out also will be beneficial.

• You will be either technically or trade qualified, coupled with several years’ experience supervising the works. 
• Ability to produce a quality property in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keen eye for finishes with the ability to deal with the end users/property purchasers.
• Interviews in Dublin and London
