Job Description

Job Purpose:

Working as part of a small admin team: to undertake all administrative and other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the CES service department.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from clients, sub-contractors and staff.
  • Scheduling maintenance works / Crews / Technicians
  • Updating and maintaining call logging portals including: CES in-house call management system and client specific systems.
  • Follow up and reconciliation of all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of works.
  • Ensuring all clients receive an excellent service from CES in all aspects of our service.
  • Generating monthly reports and attendance service reports for clients
  • Assisting other members of the admin team when needed
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required ensuring the smooth running of the CES office.
