Job Description

Vacancy: HR & Training Administrator

Location: Dublin

Salary:  Negotiable

 

Fantastic opportunity has become available for a positive and hardworking HR & Training Administrator to join one of 3D Personnel’s clients, a leading building & civil engineering company based in Dublin.

 

Main duties include:

  • Oversee the on-boarding process for new workers, ensuring that the relevant documentation is sent and received
  • Ensure that all documents are saved on the HR systems
  • Maintain employee databases
  • Organise and circulate arrangements for external training courses
  • Support during internal and external ethical audits
  • Compile and report on weekly and monthly KPIs including absence, turnover, retention and headcount
  • Collect and shortlist STAR award nominations
  • Communicate work experience plans
  • Log appraisal documents and compile training needs analysis reports
  • Create posters/communication for team notice boards as necessary

 

Key skills:

  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Use of Excel and Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment
  • Team Player
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous HR experience would be beneficial but not essential
